A couple of weeks ago I wrote about asking students to complete a mid-year reflection. I was not happy with the form I first created. This week I revised and simplified the form. I plan to distribute the reflection form next week during our exams. I plan to explain to students how I value their feedback. I want to know how I can help them be more successful. Many of my students seem satisfied and growing. A few seem to dislike the class. Is that the content? My teaching? Or a combination of both? And are there viable changes I can make to increase their satisfaction? Hopefully my young teens can give me some insight!MidYear Reflection
